We usually only accept advance payment however we do provide credit payment terms for businesses and institutions on approved credit only. Contact us directly for more information.

What are your delivery charges ?2020-04-24T15:32:53+08:00

There’s a flat charge of SGD15 for same day express delivery and SGD25 for First priority delivery (within 2hrs from dispatch) in Singapore. We provide free express same day express delivery in Singapore for orders above SGD250. For international clients we generally shipped via DHL, UPS or FEDEX equivalent. If you are purchasing online, you will be automatically quoted with the delivery charges upon checkout. For offline purchase, our sales representative will be there to assist you.

What files do we accept for 3D printing?2019-05-25T21:39:07+08:00

We generally only accept most major 3D CAD file format such as STL, WRL, OBJ, X3D, STP file format. You can easily export your 3D CAD model into these formats via the export function in most 3D modeling software.

How do I convert my CAD design into STL file?2020-04-24T15:34:07+08:00

Sources like YouTube provide in depth guides for exporting your CAD files to STL format. Listed below are some major 3D modeling software examples:

  • Autodesk inventor: Save copy as > select STL format from drop-down.
  • Standard Google SketchUp: Download STL exporter from google warehouse
  • Solidworks: Select File > Save as, then export as STL format.
  • Pro/Engineer: Select File > Save a copy > Type > Select STL format.
  • AutoCad: (Only works for 3D model) Select File > Export > Select STL format under options.
  • Rhino: File > Export selected as STL format > Select Binary > Under mesh options more details, Set max angle = 20, max aspect ratio = 6, minimum edge length = 0.0001 > Done

Our typical lead time for industrial 3D Printing is about 3-4 business days. However, It also depends on the dimension of your model, material choice and post processing requirements. Don’t worry we will let you know when you contact us for quotation.

What are the accepted payment modes?2019-05-25T21:39:55+08:00

For Online purchase, we only accept paypal and most major credit cards (processed by stripe). For Offline purchases, we accept bank transfer, cheque, cash, credit card, paypal, paynow. Contact us at contact@zelta3d.com if you have concerns over the payment procedures.
